Responsibility

• Manage sales for the Genny Shoes brand at Matahari Department Store
• Supervise sales staff (SPG/B) for the Genny Shoes brand
• Proficient in sales reporting
• Possess strong sales strategy skills
• Willing to be stationed anywhere in Indonesia
• Responsible for all daily report, weekly and monthly reports
• Able to conduct evaluations and analyze sales and manpower

Requirement

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail sales, experience as a Team Leader or Coordinator is an advantage
• Possesses leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Accustomed to working with sales targets and KPIs
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Capable of performing basic sales data analysis and generating reports
• Possesses problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for monitoring and reporting purposes
• Result-oriented and skilled at building strong customer relationships
• Willing to work shifts or weekends as required for retail operations
• Capable of delivering presentations and coordinating across departments
• The company operates in the fashion footwear industry
• Required to cover the Jabodetabek, Kalimantan, Yogyakarta & Solo, and Bali & Lombok areas.
