Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business targets across directly operated and authorized retail stores.
- Oversee regional retail operations, ensure compliance with company standards, and coordinate marketing initiatives.
- Lead, coach, and develop regional teams to enhance productivity and achieve sales objectives.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, authorized retail partners, and suppliers.
- Drive regional business expansion, including market development and new store openings.

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales or retail, with at least 5 years in a regional management role.
- Experience in the consumer electronics industry is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, business management, and regional expansion strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Professional proficiency in English is required
- Demonstrated leadership, strategic planning, project management, communication, and execution capabilities.
