Revenue Coordinator

• Key Responsibilities
• Assist in implementing pricing strategies to optimize revenue across all distribution channels.
• Monitor daily performance, including occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR, and prepare regular reports.
• Support in analyzing market trends, competitor data, and historical performance to inform rate decisions.
• Coordinate with the reservations and sales teams to ensure rate accuracy and inventory availability.
• Maintain data integrity across all revenue systems and provide administrative support to the Revenue Manager.
• Participate in forecasting and budgeting processes by compiling relevant data and insights.
• General Qualifications

Experience

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within hospitality or villa management preferred.

Technical Skills

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; experience with channel managers or PMS is a plus.

Organized & Detail-Oriented

Able to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure data accuracy.
