• We're Hiring: RF & Wireless Systems Engineer | Dubai, UAE
• Alebel Tech is looking for an experienced RF & Wireless Systems Engineer to join our team,
• responsible for the design, testing, and optimization of RF and wireless communication
• systems, including LoRa, antenna performance, and RF PCB design, taking products from
• prototype through to mass production.

>Key Responsibilities

• Design, test, and troubleshoot RF systems across development and production stages
• Work with LoRa and other long-range wireless technologies to optimize range and reliability
• Select, match, tune, and optimize antennas for range, efficiency, and form factor
• Design and review RF PCBs, including impedance control, grounding, shielding, and EMI/EMC mitigation
• Integrate and support 4G/5G and telemetry modules
• Use spectrum analyzers, VNAs, signal generators, and oscilloscopes for RF validation
• Perform RF link-budget calculations and signal/interference analysis
• Investigate field issues related to RF performance

>Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience in RF system design, testing, and troubleshooting
• Strong knowledge of LoRa and long-range wireless protocols
• Experience with antenna selection, matching, and tuning
• Knowledge of RF PCB design and EMI/EMC principles
• Familiarity with GPS/GNSS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 4G/5G, and telemetry systems
