RTM Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented RTM Specialist to support our Indonesia vape channel operations. This is an ASR (Agency Staff) role, ideal for a candidate with 1–3 years of FMCG or channel operations experience, strong Excel and data capabilities, and high compliance awareness. You will be the backbone of trade expense verification, channel data tracking, inventory/sample coordination, and after-sales administration.

Key Responsibilities

Expense Verification

Manage monthly trade expense claims and Lark (Feishu) approval workflows. Strictly audit execution photos and sales proofs to prevent fraud and ensure full compliance.

Data Tracking

Maintain the channel distribution database. Track sub-distributors’ Sell-in/Sell-out (SI/SO), yearly agreement progress, and new-product distribution rates.

Inventory & Samples

Coordinate replacement programs for old Cukai / slow-moving products, including inventory tracking, scheme design, subsidy calculation, and physical recall. Manage office and new-product samples.

After-Sales Management

Process after-sales expense claims and defective product recalls. Summarize frontline quality feedback to drive internal product improvements.

• What You’ll Need
• Bachelor’s degree or above (full-time, from a recognized university).
• 1–3 years of work experience; FMCG, vape, consumer electronics, or trade-marketing/RTM background preferred.
• Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data cleaning) and data analysis; strong business acumen for channel distribution logic and core metrics (SI/SO).
• Meticulous and highly principled; able to identify forged proofs and abnormal data with sharp risk-control awareness.
• Strong independent execution and cross-functional coordination skills, especially for large-scale product replacements/recalls.
• Excellent problem-solving ability and service mindset; able to align internal departments to resolve frontline issues.
• Fluent English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) as the working language.
• Strong mathematical/logical reasoning (test score ≥ 13 preferred).
• DISC-C type preferred: analytical, process-driven, detail-obsessed, and comfortable with repetitive compliance work.
