About the role
We are a company involved in the distribution of imported fragrance and personal care products, including Nike deodorants imported from Spain. We are looking for a responsible, organized, and proactive Sales Admin to assist with daily sales coordination and general office administration.
- Key responsibilities
- Communicate and coordinate with Modern Trade (MT) dealers and potential customers.
- Arrange meetings and follow up with dealers regarding business opportunities.
- Assist in introducing the company's perfume and deodorant products to supermarkets, retail chains, and other retail outlets.
- Prepare sales orders, invoices, quotations, and other sales-related documents.
- Prepare basic sales presentations and reports using Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Follow up on customer orders, deliveries, and payments when required.
- Maintain sales records, customer information, and other relevant documents.
- Handle customer inquiries and coordinate with suppliers or delivery partners when necessary.
- Assist with general office administrative duties as required.
- About you
- Good spoken and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Previous experience in sales administration or a similar position will be an advantage.
- Experience dealing with supermarkets, retailers, or distributors is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (PPT).
- Able to prepare clear and professional PowerPoint presentations.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Able to work independently and manage daily tasks efficiently.
