Job description

Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvements, specifically on improving sales and conversion rates

• Establish the development and execution of procedures, standards and initiatives for the operational process.
• Lead project and initiatives that result in better leads conversion and frontliner productivity.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure the successful implementation of projects or initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in

• Minimum 4 years

• Having good analytical thinking, strong problem solver with solid analytical & quantitative skills, highly data-driven & objective.
• Having experience and ability to set up & roll out new initiatives end-to-end, from ideation & conception to piloting, monitoring & ramp-up.
• Intermediate skill in
