Job Description
- Drive sales and business development activities for Credit Life Protection (CLP) / Credit Life Insurance products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Bank Mandiri and other strategic partners.
- Support business growth across Consumer Loan, Micro Business, and related financing channels.
- Conduct regular visits to branches and business partners to monitor performance and identify opportunities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports and business analysis.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Underwriting, Claims, etc.) to ensure smooth business processes and issue resolution.
- Deliver product knowledge and business updates to stakeholders.
- Monitor market penetration and contribute strategic initiatives to achieve business targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) from any major.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Bancassurance, Insurance, or Financial Services.
Preferably experienced in
- Micro Business / Micro Lending
- Credit Life Insurance (AJK)
- Banking or Bancassurance Industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented with proven sales achievement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Possess analytical thinking and reporting capabilities.
- Hold LOMA/AAMAI certification is an advantage.
- Own a personal vehicle and willing to travel for business purposes.
