Job Description

• Conduct direct field visits to potential customers to introduce and offer company products/services
• Identify and approach new business opportunities in assigned areas
• Build and maintain good relationships with prospective and existing customers
• Explain product benefits, pricing, and promotions clearly to customers
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Collect customer data and market feedback for reporting purposes
• Coordinate with the sales team regarding leads and potential clients

Requirements

• Minimum high school/vocational school (SMA/SMK) graduate
• Proven experience in field sales, canvassing, or direct selling is preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-oriented and highly motivated
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Willing to work in the field and travel within assigned areas
