JOB DESCRIPTION
- As a Sales Consultant – Agriculture, you will be responsible for:
- Developing agriculture & plantation markets throughout Riau
- Building relationships with
- oil palm plantations, farmers, agricultural distributors, agricultural stores, and agribusiness stakeholders
- Conducting regular customer visits and field activities
- Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate product solutions
- Providing technical product explanations and agricultural consultation
- Conducting
- product trials, field demonstrations, and application monitoring
- Developing new customers and maintaining existing accounts
- Preparing sales activities, customer reports, and market information
- Monitoring competitor activities and market opportunities
- Achieving monthly and annual sales targets
- Expanding the company's market presence in the assigned territory
REQUIREMENTS
Mandatory
- Maximum
- 35 years old
- Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Agrotechnology
- Good understanding of
- Soil Fertility, Plant Nutrition, Fertilization, and Agricultural Cultivation
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Strong interest in
- Sales, Consulting, and Business Development
- Target-oriented, proactive, disciplined, and willing to learn
- Willing to work in the field and travel throughout the assigned territory
- Willing to be based in
- Riau Province
Preferred
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Previous experience in
- Agricultural Sales, Fertilizer, Plantation, Agrochemical, Agricultural input, or agribusiness
- is an advantage
- Having a network within
- Oil Palm Plantations, Distributors, or Agricultural Channels
- is a strong advantage
- Possess a valid driving license (
