WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Write ad copy: short-form as the main focus, long-form as a plus
• Write video ad scripts for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
• Write briefs for Team Marketing before every ads shoot
• Write landing page copy from headline to CTA
• Work with our graphic designer on ad creatives (you own the message and the angle, the designer owns the visual)
• Run continuous A/B testing on hooks, angles, and offers. This is the biggest part of the job.
• rack the performance of your own copy and report what worked, what didn't, and what you'll test next
• Build and maintain a message bank so winning angles get reused instead of rewritten from scratch
• Write in two distinct voices: David Noah's personal voice and the Fortis Circle brand voice
• Coordinate with the ads team on which copy goes live, kapan, dan buat audience yang mana

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimal 2 tahun menulis copy dengan tujuan sales, bukan konten organik
• Portfolio of ad copy, sales pages, or scripts with the context behind them: what the product was, who the audience was, what the goal was
• Able to translate a product's advantage into the right message for the right audience
• Understand basic marketing metrics (you don't need to run Ads Manager, but you must be able to discuss the numbers)
• Able to write in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Willing to learn our product and our audience deeply. Nggak harus jago saham, tapi harus mau ngerti.
• Comfortable having your work judged by performance data, not by taste
• Strong sense of ownership and able to work at speed without dropping quality
