About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic team at Atlas Copco as a Sales Engineer. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales and growth strategies in the Jakarta region. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for actively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them achieve their business objectives.
- What you'll be doing
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and prospective customers
- Identifying new sales opportunities and generating leads through proactive outreach and networking
- Assessing customer requirements and providing expert technical advice and recommendations on Atlas Copco's products and services
- Preparing detailed proposals and quotations, and effectively communicating the value proposition to customers
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals to meet and exceed sales targets
- Collaborating with the wider team to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction
- Staying up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements in the industry
- What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in
- Engineering,
- Sales, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience
- in a sales engineering or technical sales role, preferably within the industrial or manufacturing sector
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand and explain complex products and solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and customer relationship management
