Job Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Conduct customer visits to assess technical requirements
- Recommend suitable products and technical solutions based on customer needs
- Prepare quotations and technical proposals
- Negotiate with customers and manage the sales process through to closing
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or other related engineering disciplines
Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience as a Sales Engineer in industrial equipment, hydraulics, pneumatics, automation, or mechanical engineering
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical specifications and understand customer requirements
- Capable of delivering product presentations and providing technical solutions to customers
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Willing to travel for customer visits and business trips
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of preparing sales reports
- Willing to be based in Jakarta.
