About the role
- We are seeking a highly motivated
- Sales Engineer
to drive business growth and deliver technical solutions to our clients. In this role, you will act as the bridge between our engineering team and customers, ensuring we provide the best technical and commercial solutions.
- This position is available in East Java and Jabodetabek Area.
- Key responsibilities
- Technical Consultation: Understand customer requirements and propose suitable automation and robotic solutions
- Sales & Negotiation: Prepare technical proposals and presentations. Negotiate terms to achieve sales targets
- Project Coordination: Work closely with internal engineering and project teams to ensure smooth project execution
- About you
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Sales Engineer role, preferably in automation, machinery, or manufacturing industry
- Understanding of Automation Systems and Robotics
- Proficient in reading engineering drawings, material specifications, and technical documents
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
- Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
