Sales Executive (DJID / SNI / TKDN Certification Services)

About the role

PT Nemko Indonesia Assurance is an international testing and certification organization located in Cikarang, Indonesia. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to support the growth of our certification and testing business. The ideal candidate will have experience in promoting and selling DJID, SNI, and TKDN-related services, with a strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements and certification processes in Indonesia.

• Key responsibilities
• Promote and sell DJID, SNI, and TKDN certification services to manufacturers, importers, and local businesses.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the telecommunications, electronics, automotive, and industrial sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Provide customers with guidance on certification requirements, testing processes, and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements.
• Coordinate closely with laboratory engineers and certification teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's business growth strategy.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity reports.
• About you
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in certification, testing, inspection, or regulatory compliance services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer accounts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proven experience in selling DJID, SNI, or TKDN certification services (preferred).
