We are expanding our commercial footprint in Indonesia and seeking a driven, results-oriented Sales Executive (Hunter) to aggressively drive new business acquisition and client growth.

*Job Description*

We are looking for a proactive "Hunter" Sales Executive to focus entirely on outbound business development, lead generation, and closing new corporate accounts. Operating on a 100% remote basis from Jakarta, you will play a vital role in expanding our market share across the freight forwarding and supply chain sector by identifying prospective shippers, pitching our logistics capabilities, and onboarding new clients.

• *Key Responsibilities*
• Actively hunt and prospect new corporate clients (importers, exporters, manufacturers, and trading companies) through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and market research.
• Pitch multimodal freight forwarding services (air freight, sea freight, land transport, and customs clearance) to decision-makers and C-level executives.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly key performance indicators (KPIs) and revenue targets for new client acquisition.
• Prepare competitive commercial quotations, rate proposals, and service tenders in coordination with the pricing and operations teams.
• Conduct regular market research to identify emerging industry trends, competitor activities, and potential growth sectors in Indonesia.
