- Manage customer-driven, project-based bicycle export projects from initiation to completion.
- Identify, analyze, and understand customers' product requirements and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with the R&D team to ensure product designs and specifications are technically feasible and aligned with customer expectations.
Act as the primary liaison between cross-functional departments, including R&D, Purchasing, PPIC, Production, and other relevant teams, throughout the project lifecycle until shipment.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with international customers.
- Monitor production progress and shipment status to ensure all project milestones and agreed timelines are met.
- Ensure the smooth execution of the end-to-end export process, including documentation, internal coordination, and shipment readiness.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Hold Bachelor Degree from Reputable University with minimum GPA 3.00
- Networking and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently & effectively to meet required deadlines.
- Good communication skill in English (oral and written)
- Have passion in bicycle is a must.
- Have driving license (SIM A) is an advantage.
