This opportunity is open to fresh graduates and individuals without prior industry experience. We provide comprehensive training and mentorship, including SketchUp training for beginners. What You’ll Be Doing
As an Interior Designer, you will manage your clients throughout the entire renovation journey, from the initial enquiry and design development to project execution and completion.
You will be responsible for handling and converting company-provided sales enquiries into successful projects. This includes understanding each client’s requirements, lifestyle, budget and design preferences, as well as providing professional advice on space planning, materials and interior aesthetics.
You will develop mood boards and design proposals to communicate your concepts clearly, present and discuss your ideas confidently with clients, and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project. During the execution stage, you will coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, conduct site visits, oversee project progress and workmanship, and ensure that every client receives a positive experience from consultation through project completion.
Full Training and Guidance Provided
You do not need to know everything from Day 1. For newcomers to the industry, we provide structured, step-by-step mentorship covering project handling, renovation knowledge, materials and product training, sales and client management, design consultation, presentation techniques and SketchUp.
You will also receive guidance on managing projects through every stage, from securing the sale to completing the renovation. SketchUp proficiency is not required when joining, as we will provide the necessary training and help you improve along the way.
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about interior design and creating meaningful spaces. You should be self-motivated, results-driven and comfortable working towards sales targets. You should also be confident in communicating and presenting ideas to clients, willing to learn and continuously improve, and able to handle the demands of fast-paced project schedules.
A background in interior design is an advantage but not required. Your attitude, commitment and willingness to learn matter more. Most importantly, you should be committed to building a long-term career in the interior design industry.
