Responsibilities

• Build relationships with contractors, consultants, and project owners.
• Generate and identify new business leads with interior designers, architects, contractors, and specifiers.
• Attend meetings and present the company’s profile and products/services to customers, either virtually or during sales visits.
• Negotiate project contracts.
• Supervise project implementation until completion.
• Collaborate with and provide updates to the technical, factory, and other teams involved in the project process.
• Provide prompt responses to questions or resolve project-related complaints from customers or clients.
• Analyze target achievements and develop strategies for sales improvement.
• Occasional local travel to meet customers.
• Conduct regular events for networking and product showcase to current and potential clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales within the architecture or interior design industry.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate and influence customer decisions.
• Excellent sales and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in presenting and demonstrating products to clients.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Strong professional network within the interior design, architecture, contractor, and specifier communities.
• Willing to be placed in Bali.
