About the role

This is a strategic sales leadership position focused on developing and executing B2B sales plans to expand market share across precision machining, industrial automation, and custom engineering sectors.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic B2B sales plans to expand market share across precision machining, industrial automation, and custom engineering sectors

Identify, target, and acquire new B2B manufacturing clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing key accounts

Lead, mentor, and track the performance of the sales team to ensure individual and team key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets are achieved

• Collaborate closely with engineering, R&D, and production teams to understand customer technical requirements and deliver tailored solutions
• Oversee sales forecasting, target setting, pipeline tracking, contract negotiations, and pricing strategies
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to adjust strategies and capture new business opportunities
• About you
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 5–8 years of B2B sales experience in the manufacturing, precision machining, industrial automation, or capital equipment sectors
• At least 2–3 years in a managerial or lead role
• Proven history of consistently hitting or exceeding sales targets in industrial B2B environments

Ability to interpret technical drawings, understand custom manufacturing processes, and communicate effectively with plant engineers and procurement managers

• Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and leadership skills
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and Business English
