• Key Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years at the same position in a 4 / 5 stars Hotel or Service Apartment.
• Excellent English proficiency, with great communication and negotiation skills.
• A deep understanding of the hospitality market and sales processes.
• Analytical skills for market trend analysis and financial forecasting.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and adaptable.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Key Responsibilities

Revenue Generation

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to attract business and meet revenue targets for room sales, events, and other hotel services.

Client Relationship Management

Build, maintain, and nurture relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and other potential customers to secure business.

Sales & Marketing Strategy

Create and manage sales plans, including outreach, on-site visits, and networking, to generate new leads and accounts.

Negotiation & Contracts

Negotiate contracts for group bookings, conferences, and other events, ensuring they align with the hotel's financial goals and terms.

Market Analysis

Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to maintain a competitive advantage and identify new market opportunities.

Team Leadership

Motivate, guide, and train the sales team to achieve sales objectives and foster a positive work environment.

Reporting & Analysis

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Collaboration

• Work closely with other hotel departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize revenue.
