Job Description
- Support Head of Sales to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Generate and acquire new clients through proactive lead generation and business development.
- Sell integrated 360° digital marketing solutions based on client needs.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting, pitching, negotiation, to closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
- Lead and monitor the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Monitor sales pipeline, performance, and revenue growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or any related major
- Min. 3 year experience as Sales Manager
- Working Experience at Agency/Media is a plus
- Aware with Social Media, Influencer/KOL, Production House and Digital Ads
- Client Oriented & Strong Personality Skill
- Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- A hard worker and target oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill.
