Responsible for international trade activities across Southeast Asia (including Indonesia, neighboring countries, Australia, and other Asia-Pacific markets), as well as the sales of by-products from the Indonesia factory and locally traded products.
Key Responsibilities
Develop an in-depth understanding of the Asia-Pacific market, including industry trends, competitor activities, and the company's product portfolio.
Establish market development strategies and sales targets for the assigned territory, independently develop new customers, and provide prompt responses regarding product specifications, quality, and technical information.
Manage all daily communications with customers, address inquiries and concerns, secure sales orders, and ensure timely collection of payments.
Maintain and organize customer information, evaluate customer performance, analyze purchasing patterns, and forecast market trends based on order timing and volume to maximize business opportunities.
Conduct comprehensive market analysis, including competitors and end-user customers, to identify market opportunities and expand market share.
Proven experience in customer negotiation and business development, with a successful track record of expanding business within the Asia-Pacific region. Experience in developing and maintaining overseas customers is highly preferred.
Strong market analysis skills and business acumen, with the ability to identify market trends and seize new business opportunities.
Self-motivated, proactive, hardworking, and results-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility. Quick learner who can adapt effectively to changing market conditions while continuously driving sales performance.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills, capable of working closely with both domestic and international teams, and willing to travel for business as required.
