About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive person to join our Sales & Marketing team. This role focuses on coordinating customer requests, following up projects and supporting our international sales and marketing activities. You will work closely with Production, Design, Administration and Sales to ensure information flows smoothly and tasks are completed on time.

• Main Responsibilities
• Follow up customer requests, orders and production progress with internal teams.
• Coordinate with Production, Design, Administration and Sales departments.
• Support Sales & Marketing activities and trade fair preparation.
• Maintain and organize customer databases.
• Help update the company website and social media content.
• Prepare internal reports and collect information from different departments.
• Support continuous improvement by using AI and digital tools whenever appropriate.

• Good written and spoken English is required.
• Comfortable communicating with international customers by email and during factory visits.
• Enthusiastic, curious and eager to learn.
• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment.
• Well organized, with good follow-up skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to grow.
• Team player, comfortable working with different departments.
• Interested in using AI and new technologies to improve daily work.
• Good attention to detail.
• Education & Experience
• Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Furniture/Wood Industry or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience in Sales, Marketing or Customer Service is an advantage, but not required.
• Previous experience in the furniture or manufacturing industry is a plus.
• We believe attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn are more important than years of experience.
