- Sales & Marketing Engineer
- for placements in
- Medan, Jakarta,
- and
- Balikpapan.
- What you’ll do
- Conduct market analysis, develop strategies, and create action plans to identify business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to expand business opportunities and support sales growth.
- Prepare tailored sales proposals based on customer technical and commercial requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams on specifications, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Conduct regular customer visits, follow up on enquiries, actively sell our products, and promote other products catered by Kaltimex wherever there is an opportunity to do so.
- Meet sales targets and provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
- What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Sales & Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 3–5 years minimum B2B industrial sales experience, preferably selling generator set units or other heavy industrial equipment.
- Strong sales and marketing knowledge with the ability to deliver tailored technical-commercial solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Willingness to travel across Indonesia for customer visits, market development, and insight gathering.
- Based in Medan/Jakarta/Balikpapan.
