Ciputra International, a leading property developer, is seeking a Sales Marketing Executive to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. This role involves identifying potential clients, developing market strategies, and managing sales processes to achieve company targets.
Tanggung Jawab
- Source and engage potential customers to generate new sales
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies
- Negotiate sales and service agreements with clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to optimize strategies
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing campaigns
- Report on sales performance and provide actionable insights
Kualifikasi
- High School (SMK), Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or relevant fields
- Fluency in Mandarin is a plus
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or real estate/property industry (Fresh graduates may apply with relevant internships)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
- Strong networking and communication abilities
- Analytical problem-solving skills with proactive approach
- Preferably located in West Jakarta, North Jakarta, or Tangerang
