Sales & Marketing Executive (E&E Engineering)

We are an engineering company in Jakarta that provides Low Voltage Electrical products and Extra Low Voltage products. We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Executive who will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, generating leads, closing deals, and maintaining customer relationships.

• What will you be doing?
• Responsible for monthly sales invoice (revenue) and purchase order (PO) forecast in line with annual sales target and KPI target settings.

Keep track and follow up potential project status (with required & relevant data) and update project pipeline for reporting and submission to immediate superior.

Constantly keep immediate superior posted on project follow-up status, highlight challenges & opportunity and keep track of new and potential projects as well as market trend & competitors' movement in the market

• Work together with M&E consultants and specify Furutec's product favourable to us in new projects during designing stage.
• Build and maintain close working relationship and effective communication with M&E consultants, developers/owners and distributors.
• Monitor project execution between factory and distributor's project team after receiving new order from distributors.

Be proactive in deploying EXACT CRM in daily planning & reporting (inclusive of business calendar for appointments, customer & project input)

• To identify any inefficiency and suggest improvement proposal where possible.
• To deliver the result within value system of EITA.
• And any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior / HOD / MD from time to time.
