Sales & Marketing Executive

About the role

Wood for Living Interior is a brand interior focused on quality design and interior work for residential, commercial, and business spaces. We are seeking an individual who is passionate, communicative, and ready to grow with us.

• Key responsibilities
• Develop marketing and sales strategies for interior services
• Search for prospects and new project opportunities from residential and commercial segments
• Conduct product and service presentations to prospective clients
• Identify client needs and coordinate with design and project teams
• Prepare price quotation proposals and conduct negotiations
• Follow up on prospects until the sales process is successfully closed
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients and business partners
• Monitor sales pipeline and prepare periodic marketing activity reports
• About you
• Minimum education SMA/SMK, preferably D3/S1 in Marketing, Management, Business, or related fields
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in interior, furniture, property, construction, or architecture industries
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Able to search and develop new prospective customers (lead generation) and build long-term client relationships
• Understand digital marketing strategies and social media utilization
• Sales target-oriented, focused on revenue achievement and customer satisfaction
• Able to work independently and in teams, proactive, and highly motivated
• Willing to conduct visits to client locations or projects if needed
• Personal vehicle and active driving license are an added value
