Requirement
Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Marketing, Business Development, or Customer Service in Freight Forwarding, Shipping Line, or Export-Import.
- Have an active Export & Import customer database and be able to develop new business opportunities.
- Understand the business processes of Freight Forwarding, Export-Import, and Customs (PPJK).
- Possess strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing. Proficiency in Mandarin (Chinese) is an added advantage.
- Minimum education: Diploma 3/Bachelor's degree in any major (scanned diploma required).
- Goal-oriented, able to work independently and in a team.
Job Description
- Seek, develop, and nurture relationships with new and existing customers to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct visits, presentations, negotiations, and offer freight forwarding and export-import services to customers.
- Develop sales strategies and analyze market opportunities to grow the company's business.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on them until closing.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure customer needs are meet.
- Maintain good relationships with customers and business partners to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities and target achievement.
