Sales & Marketing Officer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven a sales and marketing officer to join our team at PT Ornamen Inti Makmur (Come Together) , a growing event creative management company. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing marketing strategies, and promoting our services to increase brand visibility and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales
• Identify and pursue new clients opportunities to increase sales revenue.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, and vendors.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
• Build and maintain pipeline and clients’ database.
• Prepare sales report.
• ⁠Develop sales presentations and proposals.
• ⁠Ensure the company meet sales targets.
• Marketing
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote company’s services and increase brand visibility.
• Create and distribute marketing materials, such as company profile, showreels, flyers, and social media content.
• Manage and maintain company social media presence.
• Collaborate with event, production, and multimedia team to promote company’s services services through various channels.
• Develop and execute marketing plans to increase revenue.

Requirements

• Education: minimum Diploma's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the events or creative industry.

3. Skills

• Excellent communication and strong negotiation skills.
• Have customer service knowledge.
• Ability to make a good presentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and teamwork.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar in Canva and social media platforms skill will be a plus.
• Have clients’ database is a plus.
