Tibra Overseas Education is looking for a proactive **Sales & Marketing Strategy Associate** to support student recruitment, sales activities, and digital marketing initiatives.
- ### What You’ll Do
- Handle B2C & B2B leads and follow-ups
- Communicate with students, parents & partners
- Support sales and enrollment targets
- Coordinate digital marketing campaigns & content
- Contribute ideas to improve marketing strategy
- Monitor leads, campaigns & market opportunities
- ### What We’re Looking For
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Strong communication skills
- Good English, written & spoken
- Interested in sales & digital marketing
- Proactive, organized & willing to learn
- Comfortable working independently & remotely
- Education/study abroad experience is a plus
