- JOB TITLE: Sales Merchandiser MTKA
ABOUT THE ROLE
PT Serikat Raja Lokal (Beeme Indonesia) is seeking a proactive and reliable Sales Merchandiser to join our Sales department. This role is essential to support our team by managing weekly Purchase Orders (POs) and ensuring smooth product deliveries to MTKA outlets.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Delivery Execution: Ensure all goods are successfully delivered to outlets according to the schedule and with complete documentation.
- Invoice Management: Handle invoice exchanges and ensure all financial documents are properly received and processed by the outlets.
- Store Visit: Conduct regular outlet visits to inspect stock levels, product displays, and overall product conditions.
- Purchase Order Suggestion: Analyze current stock and sales data to provide accurate Purchase Order (PO) recommendations to buyers or store Person-in-Charge (PIC).
- Reporting: Submit comprehensive daily reports covering delivery statuses, store visits, inventory levels, and overall store activities.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum education of High School Diploma or Vocational School (SMA/SMK).
- Male, maximum age of 30 years old.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Sales or Merchandising (MD) within the FMCG, Cosmetics, or Mom and Baby Skincare industries.
- Must possess a personal motorcycle and a valid C-class driving license (SIM C).
- Must be willing to have a saddle bag installed on the motorcycle for delivery purposes.
- Strong communication skills, highly disciplined, and open to receiving feedback.
