Sales Project

Carry out product sales to project customers from the initial sales process through product delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving the sales targets set by the company.

• Develop new accounts and build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, developers, and potential clients.
• Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing, including follow ups and negotiations.
• Target and manage project hotels, housing, apartments, commercial
• Actively canvass and expand sales channels for major projects
• Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and product presentations
• Organize event and networking activities with costumers and partners
• Provide regular reports and project pipeline updates to the Supervisors

Kualifikasi

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Communication or a related field. A background in Architecture or Interior Design is a significant advantage

Minimum 2 years experience in Sales Project position in a building materials company

A strong B2B customer database, including contacts in architects, developers, commercial entities, office buildings, is a significant advantage

Willing to be assigned throughout Solo and work in a mobile role
