- At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Representative in the FMCG industry, handling retailer segment.
- Knowledge of FMCG products and retail distribution channels (modern/traditional).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with retailers.
- Willing to work mobile/travel within assigned areas.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) for sales reporting and analysis.
- Possess a valid motorcycle/car driving license.
- Manage and develop relationships with retailers to ensure the availability and visibility of Garudafood products in the Arjuna sales area.
- Conduct regular visits to retail outlets to monitor the implementation of promotional programs and achievement of sales targets.
- Negotiate with retailers regarding pricing, promotions, and product placement.
- Collect and analyze sales data and market feedback to support marketing decision-making.
- Report visit results and sales activities periodically to superiors and provide insights on market dynamics.
