- Conducting visits and checking service standard at stores
- Conducting and reporting Mystery Shopping and observation activities
- Inspecting store infrastructure to ensure a comfortable shopping environment for customers
- Handling complaints in the store
- Developing a customer centric culture across organization
- Training and delivering customer service excellence training
- Conducting and reporting Customer Satisfaction Surveys
- Contributing in sales for product
Kualifikasi
- Min. Bachelor Degree of any major
- Min. 2 years of customer service or retail operation
- Excellence in communication and problem solving
- Computer proficiency
- Willing to be relocated anywhere in Indonesia
- Willing to work six days a week
