Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline but with a minimum of 2 years experience in Beauty Industry (Cosmetics, Skincare, Perfume & Haircare etc.)
- Passion for beauty and possess insights into beauty industry trends.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a disciplined and responsible work ethic.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and enthusiated in social media.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese is an added advantage.
- can speak mandarin
Job Description
- Identify, define, and understand customers’ needs and expectations, and propose offerings to win the business.
- Supervise and follow up to realize potential sales.
- Coordinate with production and supply chain team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain excellent customer relationship by providing consistent updates and support.
- Ensure all transactions are properly documented and communicated across relevant departments.
- Analize order trends and propose process improvements to streamline order realization and workflow.
