What you bring

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Minimum 2-4 years of experience in retail sales operations (area supervisor or store manager), preferably in beauty, skincare, or FMCG industry

• Proven experience managing field teams or Beauty Advisors
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs, store operations, and customer experience
• Strong analytic skills and detailed oriented
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Willing to travel and conduct frequent store visits
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
