Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3), preferably in Business Administration, Management, or related fields
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales Administration or Sales Support; fresh graduates with strong administrative skills may apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Good English skills are an advantage
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team
Responsibilities
- Support daily sales administration and order processing
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and other sales documents
- Maintain customer databases and sales records
- Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Finance, and Logistics teams
- Monitor order status and delivery schedules
- Prepare regular sales reports and support export documentation when required
