The sales target
Work on the sales target given by the Center Manager monthly
The receipts and handling of all sales enquiries
- Receive and co-ordinate all sales enquiries in line with the company’s sales process
- Monitor the status of all live enquiries
- Follow up sales activities with clients & potential clients
- Chase and analyses the reason for failure to turn an enquiry into a new order
- Monitor company sales performance
The preparation of quotes
- Capture all necessary information for quotes
- Chase outstanding quotes to agreed time
- Check all potential of new clients for completion for quote
The marketing strategy
- Create a marketing strategy for the company to be approved by the Center Manager
- Update the marketing plan on a weekly basis
- Identify potential areas for marketing opportunities locally, nationally and internationally
- The marketing collaterals when required to help the Center Manager :
- Produce and organize the company’s marketing collateral, for example; leaflets, banners, flyer, brochures, etc
- Maintain and manage the development of the company’s various websites.
The accomplishment marketing and sales objectives
- Follow the guidance given by the Center Manager to plan, develop, implement, and evaluate advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs
- Develop field sales action plans
The identification of marketing opportunities
- Identify consumer requirements
- Define market, competitor’s share, and competitor’s strengths and weakness
- Forecast projected business
- Establish targeted market share
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Marketing or equivalent
- · Required language : English proven by TOEIC min 600
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the service related industry
- Experience in the education industry or after school business is a plus
- Excellent communication and administrative skills
- Resilience and able to multi-task
- Results oriented, self motivated and able to work independently as well as a team
- Technology savvy as a user
- Passionate to work in the education sector
- Good time management ability
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail
