• (Taking Order) to join our dynamic retail team in Nusa Tenggara Barat. This is a

that plays a crucial role in driving sales performance and managing customer relationships across our retail operations. As a Sales TO, you will be at the forefront of our business, responsible for translating our company's vision into tangible results through effective sales strategies and outstanding customer service. This role is essential to our continued growth and success in the competitive retail and consumer products sector.

• Key responsibilities
• Execute daily sales activities and achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with retail customers and trade partners
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide customers with detailed product information
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment with warehouse teams
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems
• Implement promotional campaigns and merchandising strategies at retail points
• Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to inform business improvements
• Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming retail environment
• Support the team in achieving overall branch and regional sales objectives
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries and complaints
• What we're looking for
• Proven experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role within the retail and consumer products sector
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent numeracy skills and proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift moderately heavy items as required
• Flexibility and reliability, with availability to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays when necessary
• High level of honesty, integrity and trustworthiness in handling cash and merchandise
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment
• Relevant retail qualifications or certifications are advantageous but not essential
• Knowledge of consumer behaviour and retail best practices is preferred
