We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Engineer (mid to senior level) to design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, administrators, and integration teams to deliver high-quality implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications.

• Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce
• Configure and customize Salesforce (objects, flows, validation rules, permission sets, page layouts)
• Build and maintain integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or middleware
• Implement and optimize automation using Flow, Apex triggers, and asynchronous processing (Batch, Queueable, Future)
• Participate in code reviews, deployment (CI/CD with SFDX, Git, Copado/Gearset), and release management
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure governor-limit-compliant, performant code
• Collaborate with admins and architects on data modeling, security, and sharing architecture
• Support AI-driven features (Einstein / Agentforce) where applicable
• Required Qualifications
• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (5+ for senior)
• Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, LWC, and JavaScript
• Solid understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits
• Experience with declarative tools (Flow, Process Builder) and knowing when to use code vs. config
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP API integrations
• Familiarity with Git-based version control and CI/CD deployment pipelines
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (or equivalent proven experience)
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
