Job Description
- Develop, customize, and configure solutions on the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud).
- Analyze business requirements and design scalable Salesforce-based solutions.
Develop and maintain Salesforce features, including
- Standard and custom objects
- Workflows, Process Builder, and Flow automation
- Apex components (triggers, classes, and batch processes)
- Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems such as APIs, middleware platforms, SAP, and other enterprise applications.
- Perform system testing, including unit testing, and provide support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and perform bug fixes for CRM applications.
- Prepare and maintain technical and functional documentation.
- Collaborate with business users, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to optimize Salesforce functionality and user experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology / Information Systems / Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce development, administration, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Platform and CRM fundamentals.
- Proficient in Apex Programming, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Good understanding of Salesforce data models, including objects and relationships.
- Familiar with Salesforce security models, including profiles, roles, and sharing rules.
- Experienced in Workflow, Process Automation, and Salesforce Flow.
- Proven experience handling end-to-end project implementation, from requirement gathering to deployment and support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, particularly with IT, Sales, and business stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation and organizational skills.
- Salesforce Administrator and/or Salesforce Platform Developer certification is an advantage.
