• SAP Consultant – All Modules Job Responsibilities
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Perform SAP implementation, configuration, and customization based on business needs.
• Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution related to SAP systems.
• Conduct system testing (SIT/UAT) to ensure all functions run properly.
• Prepare functional specifications, business process documentation, and user manuals.
• Collaborate with technical teams, developers, and stakeholders for system enhancements and integrations.
• Deliver user training and knowledge sharing sessions.
• Monitor and improve existing business processes within SAP systems.
• Support data migration, system integration, and enhancement activities.
• Ensure SAP projects are delivered according to project timelines and requirements.
• Handle incident management and change requests from users/business teams.
• Support go-live activities and provide post-implementation support.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an SAP Consultant in at least one SAP module.
• Strong knowledge of SAP implementation, configuration, and business process analysis.
• Experience in handling end-to-end SAP project implementation and support activities.
• Familiar with SAP integration processes across different modules.
• Able to perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution effectively.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with users and stakeholders.
• Experience in preparing functional documentation and conducting user training.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is an advantage.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Willing to work under project deadlines and dynamic environments.
