About the Role

• We are seeking a talented and dynamic
• School Admin and Marketing
• to join our team on a
• full-time basis

at our North Bekasi campus. This is a strategic position that plays a vital role in supporting both the administrative operations of the school and driving our marketing initiatives to attract and retain students. You will be the bridge between our educational mission and our community, ensuring smooth operations whilst effectively promoting the school's offerings and achievements to prospective families and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Manage administrative operations including student enrolment, records management, scheduling, and coordination with various school departments

• Handle client and parent communications professionally, addressing enquiries and concerns in a timely and courteous manner
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase school visibility and attract new students
• Organise and coordinate school events, open houses, and prospective parent visits
• Manage student databases and maintain confidential records in accordance with data protection regulations
• Support the admissions process and provide guidance to prospective families throughout the enrolment journey
• Collaborate with school leadership and teaching staff to align marketing messages with school values and objectives
• Monitor marketing performance and provide reports on engagement and enrolment metrics
• What We're Looking For
• Proven experience in school administration or educational administration
• Strong background in marketing or communications, with the ability to create compelling promotional content
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders including parents, students, and staff
• Creative thinking with experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data security
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Familiarity with the Indonesian education system and international education standards is advantageous
