School Partnership Executive

• Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop partnership opportunities with schools, universities, educational institutions, and communities.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with institutional partners.
• Conduct outreach, arrange meetings, and present Gentem's education solutions.
• Plan and execute school visits, seminars, workshops, education fairs, and partnership events.
• Generate qualified leads through partnership activities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Product teams to execute partnership initiatives.
• Monitor partnership performance and prepare partnership activity reports.
• Maintain partnership databases and ensure timely follow-up with prospective partners.
• Support business growth by expanding Gentem's institutional partnership network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Partnership, Business Development, Institutional Relations, Event Management, Sales, or related fields.
• Experience working with schools, universities, educational institutions, or communities is highly preferred.
• Strong networking, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
• Highly organized, proactive, and target-oriented.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is an advantage.
