Bhumi Bali School is a growing international school offering Cambridge programmes across Early Years and Primary. We combine strong academics with project-based learning, outdoor education, physical development and environmental responsibility.
- We are seeking an experienced
- School Principal
- to lead our academic programme, staff and ongoing accreditation and compliance requirements.
- Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with
- DINAS and relevant Indonesian education authorities
- Oversee
- Dapodik
- , government reporting and regulatory compliance.
- Lead school
- accreditation and licensing processes
- , including the continued development of our Cambridge programme.
- Lead and support teachers, coordinators and academic staff.
- Oversee curriculum, assessment, teaching quality and student progress.
- Maintain clear expectations, accountability and professional standards across the school.
- Support safeguarding, student wellbeing and behaviour management.
- Work closely with the Director and leadership team on school development and operations.
- Maintain strong communication with staff, parents and the wider school community.
Requirements
- Previous school leadership experience.
- Experience working with
- DINAS, Dapodik and Indonesian school regulations is strongly preferred
- Experience with school accreditation and compliance.
- International school experience preferred.
- Cambridge experience is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills.
- Excellent English; Bahasa Indonesia highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field.
