SCM & Inventory Specialist (Eyewear)

• We are looking for a reliable SCM & Inventory Specialist to
• keep our operations running seamlessly
• and ensure every detail is accounted for.

Key Responsibility

Order & Inventory Management

Manage orders and stock levels for various eyewear and lens SKUs across all stores.

Data Reconciliation

Ensure data accuracy by reconciling figures between our in-house POS system and the finance system.

Stock Auditing

Conduct regular physical stock counts and report on any discrepancies.

Operational Reporting

Update daily/weekly inventory reports and maintain organized records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• The ability to work honestly and maintain high standards with minimal supervision.
• A self-starter who can manage their own schedule and improve processes while working independently.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling complex data.
• SCM or retail experience is a plus, we welcome motivated candidates who are eager to learn and have the right attitude.

Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets (including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables); knowledge of Looker studio is a plus, with the ability to quickly learn new ERP/POS systems.
