Scrum Master

Facilitate, guide, and coach the development (engineering) team in applying Agile-Scrum principles, improving collaboration, productivity, and quality of work output.

Oversee team workflows to improve efficiency and deliverable quality, while identifying process bottlenecks and providing continuous improvement recommendations to drive team performance optimization.

Act as a liaison between the Product Owner, development team, and other stakeholders.

Monitor team performance indicators, including velocity, burn-down charts, and sprint completion rate, and provide data-driven insights to support effective decision-making by the team, stakeholders, and management.

• Has 5 years of working experience in the same field
• Experienced in implementing projects using the Scrum method
• Have in-depth knowledge of Scrum / Agile Software Development
• Good ability to analyze problems, collect data and facts and make decisions quickly.
• Have knowledge about product development
• Good communication skills, oral / written, to stakeholders and team
• Plus : PSM 1 / CSM 1 certification
