PT. Pou Yuen Indonesia sedang membuka lowongan untuk posisi Penuh waktu Office Staff di Sukasirna, Jawa Barat. Lamar sekarang untuk menjadi bagian dari tim kami.

Willing to follow regulations regarding occupational health and safety and the environment (K3L)

Minimum Bachelor's Degree majoring in psychology/management/law/preferably public health /environmental engineering/communication science is preferred.

• Have work experience in SD (Employee Relations) Field, (Experience in a shoe factory is preferred).
• Ensuring harmonious Employee Relations between management and employees.
• Receive complaints (in person, suggestion box, hotline, extension, face to face, union, email, COE)
• Reply, seek information and analyze complaints submitted
• Coordinate with the relevant department responsible/related to the complaint submitted (email/telephone/meeting/COE)
• Provide feedback to employees based on the results of coordination with related departments
• Make a recap and summary of complaints every month
• Implement applicable K3L and Energy standards
• Assist in holding Face to Face meetings with management
• Plan and implement activities involving employees

Kualifikasi

1. ER STAFF

• Minimum education Bachelor’s degree in any major (preferably Psychology/Law/Human Resource Management/communication science).
• Have relevant work experience
• Good communication in English.
• Computer literate (Ms. Office).
• Have awareness, knowledge, and good implementation of ESH.
• SD-OHS Project

Minimum Bachelor's degree in any major (preferably public health or environmental engineering). Relevant work experience. Good communication skills in English. Computer literacy (MS Office). Good awareness, knowledge, and application of Occupational Health and Safety (K3L).

3. SD-ESEC

Minimum Bachelor's degree in any major (preferably public health or environmental engineering). Relevant work experience. Good communication skills in English. Computer literacy (MS Office). Good awareness, knowledge, and application of Occupational Health and Safety (K3L).

Willing to be placed in Cianjur.
