The Secondary Mathematics Teacher is responsible for planning and delivering engaging mathematics lessons that promote students’ academic achievement, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and positive learning attitudes. The teacher creates a supportive classroom environment and contributes to the overall development of students
Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality mathematics lessons aligned with the school curriculum.
- Teach mathematics concepts effectively to secondary school students using a variety of instructional strategies.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
- Encourage critical thinking, analytical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching methods into classroom instruction where appropriate.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or a related field.
- Teaching certification/license (preferred, according to local regulations).
- Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience in secondary education (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of secondary mathematics curriculum and pedagical practices.
- Proficiency in English communication (spoken and written).
- Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
